It is not so difficult  as I thought.The main model had been finished these days,there were only some details that need to be finished.Such as webchart,message list,competence view,and so on.

There was one problem ,it makes me feel so boring ,Excel to Sql-Server,still haven't got the best method about the problem,there was a stupid method ,but server must be installed the office ex,so now,I avoid the method strongly,God Bless me, I could find a better method,that doesn't need the office ex.
